  4. 8    oz.    cream cheese, cut into 1" cubes
  5. 3/4    cup    grated parmesan cheese
  6. 1/2    cup    butter
  7. 1/2    cup    cream

  9. Combine it all in a large saucepan, over low heat, stir constantly until smooth.
  10. Pour over pre-cooked pasta.
